Returns

  • NISM accepts exchanges or refunds for a period of 7 days from the receipt of merchandise to initiate returns. If you would like to return an item from your order, please email info@bynism.com to begin a Return Authorization with “Order #XXX - Return” in the subject line.
  • Upon authorization of the return, customers will be provided with a shipping label. Please ship the return within 7 days of receipt of the label.
  • Due to the quantity of items in production, NISM may not be able to exchange your article of clothing for a different-sized article. In this case, NISM will issue a refund for the clothing. In the case that NISM does have the same article in a different size, the new size will be dispatched as soon as we receive the exchanged article.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • As NISM provides free shipping or subsidized expedited shipping, the cost of shipping is deducted from refund amount
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping which will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • NISM can only exchange an item for the same article in a different size or color
  • Exchanges are complimentary for US customers with Standard ground shipping. Returns are not complimentary due to free shipping. 
  • Additional non-returnable items: 
    • Gift cards
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
  • NISM cannot accept returns for international orders outside the continental United States. Including non continental US territories (Alaska, Hawaii etc.)

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • Due to the quantity of items in production, NISM may not be able to exchange your article of clothing for a different-sized article. In this case, NISM will issue a refund for the clothing. In the case that NISM does have the same article in a different size, the new size will be dispatched as soon as we receive the exchanged article.
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or for sizing issues. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bynism.com and send your item via the prepaid label

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first email info@bynsim.com
  • Then check your bank account again. 
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@bynism.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 
  • All sale items are final

 

Shipping

  • To return your product, your prepaid shipping label will be provided
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
